It happened with me also. it’s not an uncommon thing with people who are working constantly on screens. but we also need to be refreshed so we can enjoy work.

Take a night bath

this is a very traditional way to regain your calmness. in the nights people obviously use to think more of their day or how their day has been. and night bath can give you the relaxation you want after a heavy day work.

Early to bed

I know you’ve heard it when you were a toddler early to bed means go to bed before clock hits 11 and if possible go at 10 in the night is the best way to wake up at 5 in the morning. improves your daily routine and give you a lot of positivity.

Drawing

drawing reduces 30% of stress according to a survey. after i heard this i draw sometimes after all knowing the fact that i’am not a good artist.
